DMC Manager means the person who is specified in the DMC to manage the building. Generally speaking, the property developer will appoint a proxy ( in the usual cases one of i ts affiliated companies ) to manage the building as ‘ DMC manager’ prior to the formation of an OC. In general, the manag ement terms are stipulated in the DMC.
