Open Kitchen means open kitchen provided within a Residential Unit and such open kitchen is for the purpose of identification only shown and demarcated by a black pecked line and marked “OPEN KIT.” on the plans annexed to this Deed;

For purposes of this definition of "cigarette", 0.09 ounces of "roll-your-own" tobacco shall constitute 1 individual "cigarette".

  • Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Loading means the quantity of a specific substance present per unit of surface area, such as the amount of lead in micrograms contained in the dust collected from a certain surface area divided by the surface area in square feet or square meters.
