Disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that are not resolved pursuant to Section 5.1, including requests for specific performance, will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted pursuant to the rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.
Disputes between END USER and Contractor are to be resolved in accordance with the law and venue rules of the state of purchase.

Disputes clause shall mean the "Disputes" clause of this Contract.

Paragraph (d)(1) is deleted and replaced with the following: "In the event Seller identifies covered telecommunications equipment or services provided to Buyer during contract performance, or Seller is notified of such by a subcontractor at any tier or any other source, Seller shall report the information in paragraph (d)(2) of this clause via email to Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative, with the required information in the body of the email.”

Disputes means "Claims," and any reference to “disputes” provisions or procedures shall mean the claims provisions and procedures specified in this subcontract, except where necessary to preserve the rights of the United States Government.
