Disputes between Procuring Party and any Supplier shall be resolved in accordance with the law and venue rules of the State of purchase unless otherwise agreed to by the Procuring Party and Supplier.
If the senior executives do not resolve the dispute within ten (10) Business Days after notice is given under clause 19.1.1 (or such longer period as the parties may agree), either party may refer the dispute to the Australian Disputes Centre Limited (ADC) for mediation in accordance with clause 19.4.
Disputes regarding the application or interpretation of this Agreement are subject to the grievance procedure under the Labor Agreement between the parties, except as specifically provided here.
Disputes resulting from the interpretation of this contract will only be settled amicably.
Resolution of Disputes Any dispute concerning this agreement shall be resolved by application to the Labour Relations Board, except for disputes about terms in Schedule A, which shall be resolved by recourse to the grievance and arbitration procedures in a Collective Agreement between the parties to the dispute, of which Schedule A forms a part (or by any dispute resolution process incorporated in Schedule A).
