Disputes definition

Disputes means any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of, connected with or relating to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, between or among parties hereto and to the other Loan Documents.
Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

Examples of Disputes in a sentence

  • Disputes between Procuring Party and any Supplier shall be resolved in accordance with the law and venue rules of the State of purchase unless otherwise agreed to by the Procuring Party and Supplier.

  • If the senior executives do not resolve the dispute within ten (10) Business Days after notice is given under clause 19.1.1 (or such longer period as the parties may agree), either party may refer the dispute to the Australian Disputes Centre Limited (ADC) for mediation in accordance with clause 19.4.

Disputes clause shall mean the "Disputes" clause of this Contract.

Paragraph (b) is deleted and replaced with the following: “Seller is prohibited from providing Buyer with covered telecommunications equipment or services, or with any equipment, systems, or services that use covered equipment or services regardless of whether that use is in performance of work under a U.S. Government contract.” Paragraph (c) is deleted in its entirety. Paragraph (d)(1) is deleted and replaced with the following: "In the event Seller identifies covered telecommunications equipment or services provided to Buyer during contract performance, or Seller is notified of such by a subcontractor at any tier or any other source, Seller shall report the information in paragraph (d)(2) of this clause via email to Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative, with the required information in the body of the email.”

Disputes means "Claims," and any reference to “disputes” provisions or procedures shall mean the claims provisions and procedures specified in this subcontract, except where necessary to preserve the rights of the United States Government.
