Except for the Routine Customer Disputes, the Company is not in default under, and, to the Knowledge of the Company, no condition exists that with or without notice or lapse of time or both would constitute a default under, any Operating Permit.
If the negotiations do not resolve the Dispute to the reasonable satisfaction of the parties within thirty (30) days, the following subsection (a) and (b) shall apply: (a) any Disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) in accordance with the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted in accordance with these rules.
