Disputes definition

Disputes means any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of, connected with or relating to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, between or among parties hereto and to the other Loan Documents.
Disputes means any dispute, difference or question of interpretation or construction arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including any dispute, difference or question of interpretation relating to the Services, any matters of contractual construction and interpretation relating to the Contract, or any matter where this Contract directs the Parties to resolve an issue by reference to the Dispute Resolution Procedure;
Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Partner shall, in accordance with the principle of good faith cooperation, provide necessary cooperation and support in handling User Disputes within a reasonable scope and upon explicit request from GX (limited to providing technical data of Parts and system, test reports, and certificates of conformity).
