Disputes definition

Disputes means any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of, connected with or relating to this Agreement or any other Loan Document, between or among parties hereto and to the other Loan Documents.
Disputes means any dispute, difference or question of interpretation or construction arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including any dispute, difference or question of interpretation relating to the Services, any matters of contractual construction and interpretation relating to the Contract, or any matter where this Contract directs the Parties to resolve an issue by reference to the Dispute Resolution Procedure;
Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

Examples of Disputes in a sentence

  • Disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration before a single arbitrator using the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") as then in effect (the "Arbitration Rules"); as modified by and subject to the provisions of this Section 10.6. The arbitration shall take place in Atlanta, Georgia.

  • Clauses 7 (Taxes), 8 (Reporting and Auditing), 9 (Confidentiality), 10 (Indemnities), 11 (Liability), 12 (Insurance), 13 (Termination), 17 (Disputes) and this clause 18 (General) survive termination or expiry of this Agreement, together with any other clause which by its nature is intended to do so.

  • In the event the dispute is brought before the AAA, the arbitration shall be brought before the AAA International Center for Dispute Resolution’s offices in New York City, New York, will be conducted in English and will be decided by a panel of three arbitrators selected from the AAA Commercial Disputes Panel.
