Designated Product definition

Designated Product means any cocoa or chocolate product specified in column 2 of Schedule 1, as read with any Note to that Schedule and any provision of regulation 3 and Schedule 2 relating to that product; and “designated chocolate product” and “designated cocoa product” mean any such product which is respectively a chocolate product or a cocoa product;

Examples of Designated Product in a sentence

  • Customer may temporarily transfer Licensed Software installed on a Designated Product to another device if the Designated Product is inoperable or malfunctioning, if Customer provides written notice to Motorola of the temporary transfer and identifies the device on which the Licensed is transferred.

  • Temporary transfer of the Licensed Software to another device must be discontinued when the original Designated Product is returned to operation and the Licensed Software must be removed from the other device.

  • Unless otherwise stated in an Addendum or the Ordering Document, the foregoing license grant will be limited to the number of licenses set forth in the applicable Ordering Document and will continue for the life of the applicable Designated Product.
