Terminated Product has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.1.
Terminated Product means (a) in the event of a termination of this Agreement by Company pursuant to Section 10.3.2 (Discretionary Termination), the applicable terminated Products and (b) in the event of any other termination of this Agreement, all Products.

Examples of Terminated Product in a sentence
If there are any on-going Development or Commercialization activities with respect to Terminated Products on the effective date of termination, then the Parties will negotiate in good faith and adopt a plan to wind-down such activities, including if, Takeda or its Affiliates are conducting any Clinical Trials for the Terminated Product.
Takeda will have the right to sell or otherwise dispose of, in the Terminated Territory, any inventory of any Terminated Product on hand at the time of such termination or in the process of Manufacturing for a period of 12 months following the effective date of termination in such Terminated Territory subject to Royalty payments hereunder.
More Definitions of Terminated Product
Terminated Product means a Licensed Product with respect to which this Agreement is terminated in its entirety or in one or more Terminated Territory(-ies) pursuant to ARTICLE 12. In the case of termination of this Agreement with respect to a Licensed Product in less than the entire Territory, such Licensed Product shall be considered a Terminated Product only in the Terminated Territory(-ies). In the case of a termination of this Agreement in its entirety, all Licensed Products shall be considered Terminated Products.
