Related Products definition

Related Products means (i) with respect to Resource Adequacy Benefits (a) that portion of the Resource Adequacy Benefits that are associated with the Contract Capacity, and (b) to the extent that there are Resource Adequacy Benefits associated with the generating capacity of the Generating Facility other than the Contract Capacity, that portion of the Resource Adequacy Benefits that are not associated with the Contract Capacity and that are in excess of those Resource Adequacy Benefits used by Seller or by a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established resource adequacy obligation under any Resource Adequacy Ruling at the point in time when the Resource Adequacy Benefits are to be used, and(ii) any Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes and all other attributes associated with the electric energy or capacity of the Generating Facility (but not including any Financial Incentives) that are in excess of those Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes or other attributes used, or retained for future use, by Seller or a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established, at the point in time when the relevant attribute(s) are to be used or retained, obligation under Applicable Law.
Related Products means all Capacity Products, Ancillary Services, transmission rights and any other products or services that may be associated with the Facility from time to time (but excluding Environmental Attributes produced by the Facility) that may be traded in the IESO-Administered Markets or other markets, or otherwise sold, and which shall be deemed to include products and services for which no market may exist, such as capacity reserves, but which shall be deemed to exclude steam, water, and compressed air produced by the Facility.
Related Products means (i) with respect to Resource Adequacy Benefits (a) that portion of the Resource Adequacy Benefits that are associated with the Firm Contract Capacity, and (b) to the extent that there are Resource Adequacy Benefits associated with the generating capacity of the Generating Facility other than the Firm Contract Capacity, that portion of the Resource Adequacy Benefits that are not associated with the Firm Contract Capacity and that are in excess of those Resource Adequacy Benefits used by Seller or by a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established resource adequacy obligation under any Resource Adequacy Ruling at the point in time when the Resource Adequacy Benefits are to be used, and

Related Products means the various systems which we may use or deem necessary for or associated with the provision of the Service, and the facilities used by us for or ancillary to the Service, including but not limited to technical services, the content security management system, the software operating system, software applications and subscriber management services and business systems;
