Participating Product definition

Participating Product means any of the Breville products listed in the table below by model name and number that are supplied by Breville in Australia and sold directly by Breville or by a Participating Retail Store: Any costs, fees, expenses or liability of any description to pay any amount for installation, insurance, warranty or extended warranty, delivery or any other cost that is, at the determination of the Promoter in its absolute discretion, additional or ancillary to the models listed in the above table.

Participating Product means any of the Smeg products listed by model name and number that are supplied by Smeg in Australia and sold by a Participating Retail Store;

Examples of Participating Product in a sentence

An eligible person will automatically receive one (1) entry regardless of the number of Participating Products purchased in the same transaction from a Participating Store or online with “metro my grocer online” at metro.ca during the Contest Period, if such person purchases a minimum of one (1) Participating Product in the same transaction.
Three (3) Recipe Category Prizes are available (one (1) Recipe Category Prize for each Participating Product).
Sponsor will also donate $0.05 for every Participating Product purchased to support BGC Canada up to a maximum amount of$75,000 CAD.
For example, one (1) Participating Product is equivalent to one (1) Entry into the Contest.
