Designated Point of Delivery definition

Designated Point of Delivery means the place of Delivery as notified by the Buyer to the Seller and agreed in writing by the Seller;
Designated Point of Delivery means, at any time (i) with respect to LADWP as Project Participant, the Xxxx 230 kV Substation at which LADWP is to receive its share of Facility Output or Replacement Energy as set forth in Appendix B herein, or such other point or points of delivery of Facility Energy or Replacement Energy as designated by the Power Purchase Provider and approved by SCPPA (such approval by SCPPA to be provided at the direction of LADWP), in accordance with the Power Purchase Agreement or an Alternate Point of Delivery, as applicable; and (ii) with respect to IID as Project Participant, the Highline 92 kV Substation at which IID is to receive its share of Facility Output or Replacement Energy as set forth in Appendix B herein, or such other point or points of delivery of Facility Energy or Replacement Energy as designated by the Power Purchase Provider and approved by SCPPA (such approval by SCPPA to be provided at the direction of IID) in accordance with the Power Purchase Agreement, provided that with respect to Replacement Energy that would otherwise be required to be delivered at the Highline 92 kV Substation, the Designated Point of Delivery for such Replacement Energy shall be the Highline 92 kV Substation or such other point of delivery within the IID Balancing Authority Area that shall be acceptable to the Power Purchase Provider and SCPPA (such acceptance by SCPPA to be provided at the direction of IID); all as provided for in this Agreement and the Power Purchase Agreement.
Designated Point of Delivery means, at any time and with respect to a particular Project Participant, the Point of Delivery designated by such Project Participant at which such Project Participant is to receive Facility Output or Replacement Energy but only as allowed by and provided for in this Agreement and the Project Agreements. The Point of Delivery may entail the delivery of Energy at the interconnection facilities of the Power Purchase Provider located at the point of interconnection between the Facility’s generation tie line and the Marketplace 500kV Switchyard (which is specified as the Point of Delivery in the Power Purchase Agreement) or at such other point or points as the Coordinating Committee or the Board of Directors, consistent with the Project Agreements, should determine. If no other Point of Delivery should be designated and if neither the Coordinating Committee nor the Board of Directors determines a Point of Delivery, then the default Point of Delivery shall be the Point of Delivery as the same is defined and set forth in the Power Purchase Agreement.

Examples of Designated Point of Delivery in a sentence

  • With respect to a particular Project Participant and during each Power Supply Year, the percentage entitlement, as set forth for such Project Participant in Appendix B of this Agreement, of the Facility Output or, if applicable, the Replacement Energy, delivered at such Project Participant’s Designated Point of Delivery.

  • Subject to clause 8.3 Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Designated Point of Delivery on the Delivery Date.

  • Students who receive tuition waivers still need to pay dormitory fees, usage fees for computers and network communication, language learning fees(except for 4-year program and Department of Applied Foreign Languages), and insurances of students.

  • Board’s DeterminationIn determining whether to grant or deny the permit, the Permitting Authority shall consider all of the criteria included in but not limited to sections 501-B to 501-J, 501-M, 501-N1.

  • At least sixty (60) days before the beginning of each Season, the Contractor and the Contracting Officer shall establish the Monthly Energy and Monthly Capacity for the upcoming Season at each Designated Point of Delivery; Provided, however, that Monthly Capacity in any month may not exceed the Contractor’s CROD as set forth in Section 7.1.1. The Monthly Energy and Monthly Capacity will be set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer upon Delivery of the Goods by the Seller to the Designated Point of Delivery.

  • Output or, if applicable, Replacement Energy, at Purchaser’s Designated Point of Delivery, and Purchaser shall be responsible for and pay its applicable Cost Share of any and all costs, liabilities and obligations associated with the acquisition of such products, rights, and benefits, which shall include without limitation all costs, liabilities and obligations associated with Facility Output or Replacement Energy, as applicable, under the Power Purchase Agreement and the Project Agreements.

  • Each Product ordered hereunder shall be shipped FOB NexPress's Designated Point of Delivery.

Related to Designated Point of Delivery

  • Point of Delivery , or “POD” means the point at which electrical energy is transferred from a transmission facility owner’s Transmission Facility to a distribution system and where the electric energy so transferred is measured;

  • Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. The Point(s) of Delivery shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.

  • Point of Interconnection means the point or points where the Customer Interconnection Facilities interconnect with the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission System.

  • Point of Receipt or “POR” means the point on an electricity transmission or distribution system where an electricity receiver receives electricity from a deliverer. This point can be an interconnection with another system or a substation where the transmission provider’s transmission and distribution systems are connected to another system.

  • Date of Delivery means the date stipulated in the contract for the delivery of the goods.

  • Point of Reception means any point on the premises of a person where sound or vibration originating from other than those premises is received.

  • Transfer Point means any point at which the passenger transfers between aircraft.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • address of delivery means the address of the recipient of goods or services or both indicated on the tax invoice issued by a registered person for delivery of such goods or services or both;

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Voltage of Delivery means the voltage at which the Electricity generated by the Project is required to be delivered at 11 / 22 kV level substation of MSEDCL.

  • Origin Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Product is received into the System, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Point of Connection means the point at which electricity may flow into or out of the Network;

  • Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Time of Delivery shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(c).

  • Point of Contact means the individual designated to be a Vendor’s only contact with the DCH following the public advertisement of a solicitation or the issuance of a request for a bid, proposal, or quote, until the award of a resulting contract and resolution of a Protest, if applicable.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Authorized distributor of record means a pharmaceutical wholesaler with whom a manufacturer has established an ongoing relationship to distribute the manufacturer's prescription drugs. An ongoing relationship is deemed to exist between such pharmaceutical wholesaler and a manufacturer, as defined in Section 1504 of the Internal Revenue Code, when the pharmaceutical wholesaler has a written agreement currently in effect with the manufacturer evidencing such ongoing relationship, and the pharmaceutical wholesaler is listed on the manufacturer's current list of authorized distributors of record.

  • Generation Interconnection Request means a request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part IV, subpart A, to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.
