Coso Geothermal Power Holdings, LLC, as the counterparty to SCPPA under the Power Purchase Agreement, and any other entity named under any applicable operating agreement to operate or otherwise run or manage the Facility, along with each of their successors, or any successors or assigns to the rights of these entities.
