Data Providers definition

Data Providers means pricing vendors, analytics providers, brokers, dealers, investment managers, Authorized Persons, Subcustodians, Depositories and any other Person providing Market Data to the Custodian.
Data Providers means third party data providers of Customer, including shippers, carriers, suppliers of Customer, customers of Customer, freight forwarders, third party logistics providers and fourth party logistic providers.

  • Market Data may be the intellectual property of the Data Providers, which may impose additional terms and conditions upon the Fund’s use of the Market Data.

Data Providers means entities that submit the individual, educational, academic, training, employment, social service, health, and other information used to create the data system.
