Credit Facility Security Documents definition

Credit Facility Security Documents means the Credit Agreement (insofar as the same grants a Lien on Collateral), the Credit Facility Security Agreement, the Credit Facility Mortgages (if any) and any other documents now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor or any of its subsidiaries to secure any Credit Facility Obligations.
Credit Facility Security Documents means the meaning assigned such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Credit Facility Security Documents means (a) the Pledge Agreement entered into as of December 23, 2008, by and among (i) the Company, (ii) the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Company listed on Schedule 1(a) attached thereto and any other Subsidiary of the Company that becomes a Credit Facility Guarantor under the Credit Facility, (iii) the Administrative Agent, (iv) Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as collateral custodian for the administrative agent and (v) CapitalSource Finance LLC in its capacity as servicer, (b) the Security Agreement entered into as of December 23, 2008, by and among (i) the Company, (ii) the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of the Company listed on Schedule 1 attached thereto and any other Subsidiary of the Company that becomes a Credit Facility Guarantor under the Credit Facility and (iii) the Administrative Agent and (c) all security agreements, control agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, deeds to secure debt, pledges, collateral assignments and other agreements or instruments evidencing or creating any security interest or Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent in any or all of the Shared Collateral, in each case as such documents may be amended in connection with this offering, and thereafter as amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with their terms and the Intercreditor Agreement.

Credit Facility Security Documents means, collectively, (i) that certain Patent Collateral Assignment and Security Agreement, dated as of August __, 1999, made by the Company in favor of the Agent, (ii) that certain Trademark Collateral Assignment and Pledge Agreement, dated as of August __, 1999, made by the Company in favor of the Agent and (iii) any other security agreements, pledges, collateral assignments or other instruments evidencing or creating a Security Interest in favor of any Agent with respect to any Credit Agreement Obligations in all or any portion of the Collateral.
Credit Facility Security Documents means the Credit Facility Pledge Agreement and any other security agreement, mortgage, deed of trust, pledge agreement or other agreement or instrument pursuant to which any Obligor grants a Lien to secure the Credit Facility Obligations, whether now existing or hereafter incurred.
Credit Facility Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Credit Facility.

  • Existing Credit Facility means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of December 6, 2012, by and among the Borrower, certain Subsidiaries of the Borrower, the lenders party thereto and Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof.

  • Refinancing Facility Agreement means a Refinancing Facility Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, among Holdings, the Borrower, each Subsidiary of the Borrower party to this Agreement, the Agent and one or more Refinancing Lenders, establishing Refinancing Commitments and effecting such other amendments hereto and to the other Loan Documents as are contemplated by Section 2.26.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.
