ABL Facility Documents means the agreements and other instruments governing the ABL Facility, together with any guarantees thereof and any security documents, other collateral documents and other instruments relating thereto (including documents and instruments governing Hedging Obligations required by the ABL Facility or relating to ABL Obligations).

ABL Facility Documents means, collectively, the ABL Loan Agreement, the ABL Facility Sponsor Guaranty, each other Loan Document (as defined in the ABL Loan Agreement), and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection therewith (including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other security documents).

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Facility, the ABL Facility Security Documents and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Facility.

ABL Facility Documents means the “Credit Documents” (or any analogous term or functional equivalent) under and as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement and each other document specified as a “Loan Document” in the ABL Credit Agreement, in each case, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms thereof, hereof and the Intercreditor Agreement.

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Credit Agreement, the guarantees of the ABL Facility, the ABL Facility Collateral Documents, the Loan Documents (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement), any Bank Products Agreement between the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company and any ABL Bank Products Affiliate, any Hedging Agreements between the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company and any ABL Hedging Affiliate, any Open Account Agreement between the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company and any ABL Open Account Affiliate, and those ancillary agreements as to which the ABL Agent or any lender under the ABL Credit Agreement is a party or a beneficiary and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates, now or hereafter executed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company or their respective Affiliates, and delivered to the ABL Agent, in connection with any of the foregoing or the ABL Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

ABL Facility Documents means the ABL Facility and the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Facility (as in effect on the date hereof and as amended or modified).
