Existing Credit Facility definition
Existing Credit Facility means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of December 6, 2012, by and among the Borrower, certain Subsidiaries of the Borrower, the lenders party thereto and Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof.
Existing Credit Facility means the credit facility evidenced by that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of October 2, 2017, (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the Closing Date), by and among the Company, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Senior Funding, Inc., as administrative agent and collateral agent, the lenders party thereto and the other parties party thereto.
Existing Credit Facility has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
