Corporation Employees means persons who, at any time prior to the Effective Time, were employed by Corporation or its Subsidiaries.

Corporation’s Public Disclosure Record means all documents filed under the profile of the Corporation on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) after December 31, 2018.
