Corporation Employees definition

Corporation Employees means persons who, at any time prior to the Effective Time, were employed by Corporation or its Subsidiaries.
Corporation Employees means all individuals who are officers or employees of Corporation and/or any of its Subsidiaries, including unionized, non-unionized, part-time, full-time, active and inactive employees, or individuals engaged on contract to provide employment services or sales to Corporation and/or any of its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Date.

Corporation’s Public Disclosure Record means all documents filed under the profile of the Corporation on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) after December 31, 2018. Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).
