Public Disclosure Record means collectively, all of the documents which have been filed on xxx.xxxxx.xxx since June 1, 2017 by or on behalf of the Corporation with the Securities Commissions pursuant to the requirements of Canadian Securities Laws;

Public Disclosure Record means all documents filed by or on behalf of the Company on the System for Electronic Document Analysis Retrieval (“SEDAR”) since January 1, 2015 and prior to the date hereof that are publicly available on the date hereof;

Public Disclosure Record means the information filed by a Party with the required securities commissions on SEDAR, the System for Electronic Document Analysis Retrieval at xxx.xxxxx.xxx of the Canadian securities administrators, with the Exchange and with the Registrar, as required in accordance with applicable securities Laws or the BCBCA;

Public Disclosure Record means, collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Corporation prior to the Closing Time with the relevant Securities Regulators pursuant to the requirements of Securities Laws, including all documents filed on SEDAR at xxx.xxxxx.xxx and XXXXX at xxx.xxx.xxx;

Public Disclosure Record means, with respect to a Party, all forms, reports, schedules, statements and other documents required to be filed with applicable securities regulatory authorities under applicable Laws (including, the CSE and other applicable stock exchanges), which have been filed by such Party with such applicable securities regulatory authorities, and which are accessible to the public on SEDAR.

Public Disclosure Record means all documents filed by or on behalf of Exeter on SEDAR since January 1, 2015 and prior to the date hereof that are publicly available on the date of the Support Agreement;

Public Disclosure Record means all documents filed by or on behalf of Urban on SEDAR since June 1, 2018 and prior to the date of the Amalgamation Agreement that are publicly available on the date of the Amalgamation Agreement.
