Corporate Loan definition

Corporate Loan has the meaning set forth in Recital A to this Agreement.
Corporate Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3 hereof.
Corporate Loan means that certain term and revolving loan financing made by Corporate Loan Lender to Manor Care and HCR Healthcare, LLC, pursuant to the terms of the Corporate Loan Agreement and the other Corporate Loan Documents.

More Definitions of Corporate Loan
