LIBO Rate Loan definition

LIBO Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest, at all times during an -------------- Interest Period applicable to such Loan, at a fixed rate of interest determined by reference to the LIBO Rate (Reserve Adjusted).

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, a LIBO Rate Loan may be continued or converted only on the last day of an Interest Period for such LIBO Rate Loan.

  • As to any LIBO Rate Loan with an Interest Period of three months or less, until payment in full, the last day of such Interest Period and the Maturity Date, and as to any LIBO Rate Loan with an Interest Period in excess of three months, until payment in full, (i) the same day of each three months following the beginning of such Interest Period, (ii) the last day of such Interest Period and (iii) the Maturity Date.
