Offshore Rate Loan definition

Offshore Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Offshore Rate.
Offshore Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest based on the Offshore Rate.
Offshore Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Offshore Rate, and may be an Offshore Currency Loan or a Loan denominated in Dollars.

Offshore Rate Loan means any LIBOR Bid Loan or any Offshore Rate Committed Loan.
