Eurocurrency Rate Advance definition

Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

Eurocurrency Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

Eurocurrency Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Eurocurrency Rate.

• Each Eurocurrency Rate Advance shall bear interest from and including the first day of the Interest Period applicable thereto to (but not including) the last day of such Interest Period at the interest rate determined as applicable to such Eurocurrency Rate Advance.

• Subject to the next sentence, interest accrued on each Eurocurrency Rate Advance shall be payable on the last day of its applicable Interest Period, on any date on which such Eurocurrency Rate Advance is prepaid, whether due to acceleration or otherwise, at maturity and thereafter on demand.

Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance denominated in Dollars or a Committed Currency, or a Term Advance denominated in Dollars that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).
