Control Act definition

Control Act means the Casino Control Act 1984-1985;

To the Knowledge of Seller, no investigation or review is pending or threatened by any Governmental Authority or other party with respect to any alleged violation by Seller or any Company with respect to the Business of any Environmental Law, the need for any work, repairs, or demolition by any Seller or any Company, on or in connection with any property in order to comply with any Environmental Law, or any actual or threatened release (including, but not limited to, any spill, discharge, leak, emission, ejection, escape or dumping) or inadequate storage of, or contamination caused by any hazardous, toxic or infectious waste, material or substance (including medical waste) or petroleum product, material or waste or radioactive substance or waste, or any such constituent which would have a Material Adverse Effect.
