SEBI Regulations definition

SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.
SEBI Regulations means the regulations made by SEBI in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (the SEBI Act).

SEBI Regulations means collectively the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustee) Regulations, 1993, the SEBI ILDS Regulations, SEBI LODR Regulations, the Securities Contract (Regulation) Act 1956 and the rules framed thereunder including the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Credit Rating Agencies) Regulations, 1999, each as may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time, and/or any other notification, circulars including SEBI Defaults (Procedure) Circular, SEBI Operational Framework Circular and SEBI REF Circular, general orders and guidelines issued by SEBI from time to time in relation to and as applicable to the transactions proposed in terms of the Debenture Documents and/or other applicable statutory and/or regulatory requirements issued by SEBI, in each case to the extent applicable to the Issuer.
