MEDICAL WASTES definition

MEDICAL WASTES shall have the meanings specified in any applicable local, state, federal and foreign laws or regulations with respect to environmental protection.
MEDICAL WASTES means isolation wastes, infectious agents, human blood and blood products, pathological wastes, sharps, body parts, contaminated bedding, surgical wastes, potentially contaminated laboratory wastes, and dialysis wastes.

MEDICAL WASTES means the following solid wastes:
