Consolidated Unfinanced Capital Expenditures definition

Consolidated Unfinanced Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures of the Borrower, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP (other than Permitted Investments) that are not financed by Capital Lease Obligations or with the proceeds of interest bearing, amortizing Indebtedness.
Consolidated Unfinanced Capital Expenditures means, for any period, Consolidated Capital Expenditures less all expenditures made with the proceeds of any Indebtedness or equity issuance or contribution.
Consolidated Unfinanced Capital Expenditures means, for any fiscal period and determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with Applicable Law and GAAP consistently applied, all Consolidated Capital Expenditures made by the Tested Companies during such period which were not financed with the proceeds of (a) Funded Debt (other than Revolving Loans), (b) the issuance of Equity Interests, (c) Asset Dispositions permitted under this Agreement so long as the proceeds of such Asset Dispositions are reinvested in similar assets within ninety (90) days of such Asset Disposition and (d) a trade-in of existing assets for similar assets. Consolidated Unfinanced Capital Expenditures means, for any period, Consolidated Capital Expenditures made during such period with Internally Generated Funds.
