Unfunded Capital Expenditures definition

Unfunded Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures made through Revolving Advances or out of Borrowers’ own funds other than through equity contributed subsequent to the Closing Date or purchase money or other financing or lease transactions permitted hereunder.
Unfunded Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures other than Capital Expenditures that are specifically financed by lenders other than the Lenders hereunder within 60 days of the date such amount became a Capital Expenditure.
Unfunded Capital Expenditures means, as to any Loan Party, without duplication, Capital Expenditures funded (a) from such Loan Party’s internally generated cash flow or (b) with the proceeds of a Revolving Advance or Swing Loan.

Unfunded Capital Expenditures means, for any relevant period, the amount of Capital Expenditures paid for out of ordinary operating cash flow and not financed through the incurrence of debt or the issuance of equity.
Unfunded Capital Expenditures means, as of each fiscal year end of Company, the amount of consolidated capital expenditures for such year that are not financed by either (i) landlord contractual adjustments and allowances, (ii) the proceeds of an equity infusion used for capital expenditures during such period, or (iii) capital leases or loans.
Unfunded Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures which are paid for by a Person other than with the proceeds of Indebtedness for Money Borrowed (other than the Loans) incurred to finance such Capital Expenditures and other than those represented by Capitalized Lease Obligations.
