Interest Bearing. The Deposit shall (i) be held in an interest-bearing escrow account by Escrow Agent in an institution as directed by Purchaser and reasonably acceptable to Seller and (ii) include any interest earned thereon. To allow the interest bearing account to be opened, Purchaser’s and Seller’s tax identification or social security numbers are set forth below their signatures.
