Non-Financed Capital Expenditures definition

Non-Financed Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures not financed by the seller of the capital asset, by a third party lender or by means of any extension of credit by Lender other than by means of an Advance under the Revolving Credit Facility.
Non-Financed Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures paid in cash and not financed with Indebtedness for borrowed money; provided that Capital Expenditures financed with the proceeds of Revolving Loans shall be deemed to constitute “Non-Financed Capital Expendituresfor purposes of this Agreement.

Non-Financed Capital Expenditures means the total amount of Capital Expenditures for any period, as determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, made by the Credit Parties and their Subsidiaries determined exclusive of those Capital Expenditures made from (a) funds borrowed by a Borrower (for purposes of this clause (a) “funds borrowed” will not include funds borrowed from Lenders as a Revolving Loan) or pursuant to any Capital Lease or (b) the Net Proceeds from any Casualty Loss.
