Consolidated Rental Expense definition

Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period, on a consolidated basis for the Company and its Subsidiaries, the aggregate amount of fixed and contingent rentals payable in cash by the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding capital lease obligations) determined in accordance with GAAP for such period (subject to Section 1.04(b)).

Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters, the consolidated rental expense of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a Pro Forma Basis.

Consolidated Rental Expense means for any fiscal period of Borrower, total operating lease expense of Borrower and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.

Examples of Consolidated Rental Expense in a sentence

• Maintain a ratio of (i) Consolidated EBITDAR for the four fiscal quarter period ending on such Measurement Date to (ii) the sum of Consolidated Interest Expense and Consolidated Rental Expense for the four fiscal quarter period ending on such Measurement Date of not less than 2.0:1.0.

• The Company will not permit, as of the end of any fiscal quarter, the ratio of (i) Consolidated EBITR to (ii) the sum of Consolidated Interest Expense plus Consolidated Rental Expense (in each case for the Test Period ended on the last day of such fiscal quarter) to be less than 2.00 to 1.00.

More Definitions of Consolidated Rental Expense

Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period, cash rental expense under Operating Leases (excluding any Synthetic Lease) of the Consolidated Parties on a consolidated basis for such period, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Rental Expense means, for any period, for the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, the operating lease expense of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined in accordance with GAAP for leases with an initial term greater than one year, as disclosed in the notes to the consolidated financial statements of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Consolidated Rental Expense means for any period, all obligations in respect of fixed, base and contingent rent paid or due by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, during such period under any rental agreements or leases of real or personal property (other than Capital Lease Obligations).
