Rental Expense definition

Rental Expense means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of rental payments made by the Company and its Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis) for such period with respect to operating leases.
Rental Expense means, for any period, all payment obligations of Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries accrued during such period under agreements for rent, lease, hire or use of any real or personal property, including obligations in the nature of operating leases but excluding Capital Lease Obligations.

Rental Expense means, with respect to the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries for any period, all rent expense paid in cash with respect to long-term real property leases during such period, determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
