Depreciation Expense definition

Depreciation Expense means, as applied to any Person for any period, the provision for depreciation that is reflected on the consolidated financial statements of such Person and its Subsidiaries in accordance with GAAP.
Depreciation Expense means, during each applicable fiscal year, for the Company and its subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, that amount of the Depreciation Expense that is reflected on the financial statements for such period in accordance with GAAP consistently applied.

More Definitions of Depreciation Expense
