Restaurant Location definition

Restaurant Location means, with respect to any Restaurant, the Real Property upon which such Restaurant is located.
Restaurant Location means the Property and Improvements constituting an Outback Steakhouse restaurant which is operated by a Restaurant Operator.
Restaurant Location means a Restaurant, or any real property, building or fixtures being developed or to be developed into a Restaurant.

More Definitions of Restaurant Location

Restaurant Location means, with respect to any Restaurant, the Real Property upon which such Res- taurant is located.
Restaurant Location with respect to each such restaurant shall mean the portion of such Individual Property related to the use and operation of such restaurant, and (b) all such “Restaurant Locations” shall in the aggregate mean such Individual Property.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.
