Condo Documents definition

Condo Documents means the Declaration, the Condominium By-Laws and rules and regulations of the Condominium Association and any and all other documentation related to the formation and operation of the Condominium under the Condominium Act, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Condo Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12.
Condo Documents. Collectively, the Condo Documents (East Tower), the Condo Documents (West Tower) and the Condo REA.

  • In addition, during the Term, so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, Landlord shall not take any action (or, subject to the immediately preceding sentence, fail to take any action requested by Tenant) pursuant to any of the Schedule 15 Property Documents and/or the Condo Documents except at the request or with the prior written approval of Tenant (in its sole and absolute discretion), in each case, consistent with the Property Rights.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Purchase Documents The mortgage purchase agreements between Xxxxxxx Mac and its Mortgage sellers and servicers, which are the contracts that govern the purchase and servicing of Mortgages and which include, among other things, the Guide and any negotiated modifications, amendments or supplements to the Guide.
