Bond Documents definition

Bond Documents means, collectively, the Indenture, the Bonds, the Loan Documents, and the other agreements, instruments, and certifications relating to the Bonds (of any of them), together in each instance with all amendments, supplements, and restatements thereof.
Bond Documents means, with respect to any Bond, the trust indenture, ordinance, resolution and any other agreements or instruments pursuant to which such Bond has been issued or secured (including any loan agreement, note, mortgage, deed of trust or any rate cap or interest rate protection agreement delivered to the applicable Bond Trustee) or governing the operation of the Project financed by such Bond, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Bond Documents means this Indenture, the Agreement and the Bonds.

Examples of Bond Documents in a sentence

  • In the event the Bonds are issued, any inconsistency between the Project Documents and the Bond Documents shall be resolved by giving precedence to the Bond Documents.

  • Any sums disbursed or advanced by Lender to cure a default under the Bond Documents will constitute an advance to protect ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s security under Section 12, and will be payable in accordance with Section 12.

  • The Company shall have furnished to such Purchaser and such Purchaser’s special counsel true and correct copies of all certificates, approvals, authorization and consents necessary for the execution, delivery or performance by the Company of this Agreement and the other Bond Documents and for the issuance and sale of the Bonds including, without limitation, the consents and approvals referred to in Section 5.7 of this Agreement and in the Mortgage, if any.

  • The representations and warranties of the Company in this Agreement and the other Bond Documents to which the Company is party shall be correct when made and at the time of the Closing.


More Definitions of Bond Documents

Bond Documents means the Ordinance, the Tender Agent Agreement, the Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement, the Pricing Certificate, the Bonds and the Remarketing Agreement.
Bond Documents means the Financing Documents and all other agreements, certificates, documents and instruments delivered in connection with any of the Financing Documents.
Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Bond Purchase Agreements, the Guarantees, this Agreement, the Pledge Agreement and the Reimbursement Notes.
