Equity Documents means this Agreement, the Amended Certificate, the Warrants, the Security Holders Agreement and all other documents, instruments and agreements executed or delivered in connection with the issuance of the Warrants and the Preferred Stock, as the same may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time.
Project Securities the issue of which is referred to in the Equity Documents but which, on Financial Closing, remain to be subscribed are subscribed and paid for on the specified date for subscription notified to the State on or before the earlier of the date of Financial Closing and 31 December 1995.
Thereafter, the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive or his legal representatives, other than any rights to vested benefits under any Benefit Plans, indemnification rights he may have under this Agreement and any rights he may have under the Equity Documents.

This Agreement and the Equity Documents embody the complete agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and preempt any prior understandings, agreements or representations by or among the parties, written or oral, which may have related to the subject matter hereof in any way (including, without limitation, any other employment, severance or change-in-control agreement or understanding).
This Agreement, including the Restrictive Covenant Agreement and the Equity Documents, constitutes the complete agreement between you and the Company, contains all of the terms of your employment with the Company and supersedes any prior agreements, representations or understandings (whether written, oral or implied) between you and the Company.

Equity Documents means this Participation Agreement, the Equity Funding Agreement, the Equity Termination Agreement and the Master Holdco LLC Agreement.
Equity Documents means, collectively, the documents designated “Equity Documents” listed on Schedule 8U(4), in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms thereof.

Equity Documents means the Warrants and all documents, instruments and agreements executed or delivered in connection therewith, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Equity Documents means the collective reference to (i) that certain Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of September 14, 2007, between Parent and Equity Investor, (ii) that certain Investor Rights Agreement dated as of September 14, 2007, between Parent and Equity Investor and (iii) all other material agreements, documents and instruments executed and/or delivered pursuant thereto or in connection therewith, in each case, as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time, to the extent permitted hereunder.
