Company Owned Software definition

Company Owned Software means all proprietary Software owned by or developed by or for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Owned Software means any Software in which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has an ownership interest.
Company Owned Software means all Software owned by any of the Companies.

More Definitions of Company Owned Software

Company Owned Software means all software included in the Company Intellectual Property.
Company Owned Software and together with all other Software used in the business of the Group Companies, the “Company Software”). All Company Software is either owned by a Group Company or licensed to one or more of the Group Companies under a valid and enforceable written Contract. All payments due in relation to any Company Software that is licensed by any of the Group Companies prior to the Closing Date are or will be paid by the Group Companies prior to the Closing. None of the Company Owned Software references, incorporates, or links to (dynamically or statically) any Open Source Software subject to a Copyleft Software license. The Group Companies are in compliance with and have not breached any of the applicable Contracts relating to any Company Software, and, to the Knowledge of the Company, the other party thereto is in compliance with and has not breached any such Contract.
Company Owned Software means software owned by Company or its Affiliates and used or which may be used by Amdocs in performance of the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, this term also includes software components of the Legacy Systems and/or Company Systems owned by Company or its Affiliates.
Company Owned Software means any software included in any Company Product that is constitutes Company-Owned IP Rights.
Company Owned Software has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(i).
Company Owned Software has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17(i).
Company Owned Software shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(l).
