Company Owned IP definition

Company Owned IP means all Intellectual Property rights owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.
Company Owned IP means all Intellectual Property owned by, purported to be owned by, or exclusively licensed to, the Group Companies.
Company Owned IP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

  • The Company Group exclusively owns all right, title and interest in and to each item of Company-Owned IP, free and clear of any Liens (other than Permitted Liens).
