Company Match Account definition

Company Match Account means (i) that portion of a Participant’s Account Balance which is represented by the Participant’s aggregate 10% company match described in Section 3.7 of the Prior Plan, which was transferred to and is being held under the terms of this Plan, as well as any appreciation (or depreciation) specifically attributable to such matching amounts accumulated under the Prior Plan, plus (ii) the sum of the Participant’s Annual Company Match Amounts, plus (iii) amounts credited or debited in accordance with all the applicable crediting and debiting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Match Account, less (iv) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Match Account.
Company Match Account means the subaccount maintained to record any Company Match Contributions made on behalf of the Participant pursuant to Sections 4.1 and 5.2, and any adjustments relating thereto.
Company Match Account means a CDP Account that is maintained to reflect any CDP Company Matching Credits credited on a CDP Participant’s behalf pursuant to Article V.

Examples of Company Match Account in a sentence

  • Any amount in your Company Match Account which is not vested does not count in determining the amount available for loan.

  • Such Company matches credited to a Participant in respect of a Plan Year shall be referred to collectively as the Annual Company Match for that Plan Year and shall be credited to an Annual Company Match Account in the name of the Participant.

  • A Participant will have a one hundred percent (100%) vested interest in his Deferral Account and in his Company Match Account.

  • A separate Annual Company Match Account shall be established and maintained for each Annual Company Match.

  • If you transferred Company Match Account contributions from the O&E Investment Plan, you may withdraw such amounts if vested.


More Definitions of Company Match Account

Company Match Account means a bookkeeping record established to receive a Participant’s Matching Contributions. The Pre-2005 Vested Company Match Account includes Matching Contributions recorded and vested as of December 31, 2004, and earnings thereon. The Post-2004 Company Match Account includes Matching Contributions recorded but not vested as of December 31, 2004, and all Matching Contributions recorded after December 31, 2004, and earnings thereon.
Company Match Account means the record of amounts attributable to contributions made by Participating Employers on behalf of Participants pursuant to Section 4.5, by way of partial matching of contributions made to Participants’ 401(k) Accounts, together with Trust earnings with respect thereto.
Company Match Account means a CDP Account that is maintained to reflect any CDP Company Matching Credits credited on a CDP Participant’s behalf, and earnings and losses thereon, pursuant to Article V.
Company Match Account means the CDP Account of a Participant that is maintained to reflect any match contribution made by the Company.
Company Match Account means the Member’s subaccount credited with the Company Matching Contributions and earnings on those amounts.
