Company Matching Account definition

Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.
Company Matching Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.
Company Matching Account means the bookkeeping account maintained by the Committee for each Participant that is credited with an amount equal to (1) the Company Matching Amount and (2) earnings or losses thereon pursuant to Section 4.2.

  • The Committee shall establish and maintain a separate Company Matching Account for each Participant under the Plan.

More Definitions of Company Matching Account

Company Matching Account means that portion of the Trust Fund which, with respect to any Member or Deferred Member, is attributable to Company Matching Contributions and any investment earnings and gains or losses thereon.
