Committee Appeal. If the Agency denies an employee’s reclassification request or if the Agency reclassifies an employee’s position, the Union may appeal the decision to the Employer/Union Classification Appeal Committee. The appeal must be in writing and submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the Agency’s final decision.
