Collaborative Partners. Within the context of this contract, the term Collaborative Partners refers to all Directorates and Agencies of the Scottish Government and Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs) who opt to use the contract for Interpreting, Translation and Transcription Services. This may also include the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB), the Forestry Commission, the Scotland Office, the Student Loans Company Ltd and the Seafish Industry Authority.
