Resource Center. Registry may continue to grow and add to the resource center, including adding articles, whitepapers, and other resources related to Common Short Codes, except that any such resources that mention or relate to the Related Services or other services offered by Registry must be approved under the Category 2 process specified below. CTIA has the right to direct Registry to add similar content to the resource center, which Registry agrees to add as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event later than five (5) Business Days after such request.

Related to Resource Center

  • Resources Contractor is responsible for providing any and all facilities, materials and resources (including personnel, equipment and software) necessary and appropriate for performance of the Services and to meet Contractor's obligations under this Agreement.

  • Information Systems The Official Agency shall record such data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place. The Authority and the Official Agency shall in partnership develop systems and work towards recording inspections through the use of electronic hand-held devices by the end of the term of this contract.

  • Infrastructure (a) Each Loan Party has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.

  • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. Respiratory Therapy This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Emergency Services The parties recognize that in the event of a strike or lockout, situations may arise of an emergency nature. To this end, the Employer and the Union will agree to provide services of an emergency nature.

  • Our Services Subject to the terms and conditions of this Customer Agreement and acceptance of your application to open an Account with us, we will maintain one or more Accounts in your name and will provide execution-only brokerage services for spot Transactions in the international over-the-counter foreign exchange markets and effect Rolling Spot Forex Transactions, Commodity and CFD Transactions and provide brokerage services for Transactions in such other products as we may, in our sole discretion, determine from time to time in the future. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all contracts and Transactions entered into between us shall be governed by the terms of this Trading Agreement, as amended from time to time.

  • Security Services Certain security measures (both by electronic equipment and personnel) may be provided by Landlord in connection with the Building and Common Areas. However, Tenant hereby acknowledges that any such security is intended to be solely for the benefit of the Landlord in protecting its property from fire, theft, vandalism and similar perils and while certain incidental benefits may accrue to the Tenant therefrom, any such security is not for the purpose of protecting either the property of Tenant or the safety of its officers, employees, servants or invitees. By providing such security, Landlord assumes no obligation to Tenant and shall have no liability arising therefrom. Landlord reserves the right to either commence, expand, reduce or discontinue the providing of any such security at any time without notice to Tenant.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
