Collaborative Forum definition

Collaborative Forum means the joint working group established by the Parties for the purposes of the Collaboration as described in Clause 5 of this Agreement Dispute means any dispute between the CCGs in relation to the Collaboration, including where the CCGs have not reached a common decision in relation to any of the Collaborative Areas; Dispute Resolution the process agreed by the Parties and set out in Clause Error!   • Collaborative Forum functions and membership The Collaborative Forum is an arrangement established by agreement of the Commissioners as the focus for discussion of matters relating to the Commissioning Contracts and the pursuit of the objectives and performance of the function of the Collaborative.

Related to Collaborative Forum

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Therapeutic court personnel means the staff of a mental

  • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Investor Q&A Forum As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Collaborative practice means that a physician may delegate aspects of drug therapy management for the physician’s patients to an authorized pharmacist through a community practice protocol. “Collaborative practice” also means that a P&T committee may authorize hospital pharmacists to perform drug therapy management for inpatients and hospital clinic patients through a hospital practice protocol.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Forum means any federal, state, local, municipal, or foreign court, governmental agency, administrative body or agency, tribunal, private alternative dispute resolution system, or arbitration panel.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Joint Patents has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.

  • Collaborative law process means a procedure intended to resolve a collaborative matter without intervention by a tribunal in which persons sign a collaborative law participation agreement and are represented by collaborative lawyers.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Joint Patent Rights means Patent Rights that contain one or more claims that cover Joint Technology.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Development Candidate means a Collaboration Compound designated by Biogen Idec as a Development Candidate in accordance with Section 2.6.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Clinical Trial means a Phase I Clinical Trial, Phase II Clinical Trial or Phase III Clinical Trial, or any post-approval human clinical trial, as applicable.
