Coalition Members definition

Coalition Members or "Coalition Member" in singular), has authorized the University of Maryland (hereinafter "UMD"), an agency and instrumentality of the State of Maryland, to act on behalf of the Coalition to enable the Coalition to continue to serve as a valuable knowledgeable collaborative resource throughout the I-95 Corridor. Acting on behalf of the Coalition, UMD has executed agreements with the Data Vendors under which they have agreed to license real-time traffic data, including travel time, speed, complimentary metrics and associated products provided pursuant to task orders (hereinafter referred to as "Licensed Data") to Coalition Members and their subcontractors under the following agreements: UMD and INRIX have executed contract #R 83794N-1-INRIX; UMD and HERE North America have
Coalition Members means any two or more, but not necessarily all or a majority of, the entities described in Exhibit A.

Examples of Coalition Members in a sentence

  • All Members shall make known through verbal or written communication to the Coalition Members and the Chair all possible or apparent conflicts and refrain from voting and/or participating in actions to be taken on an item on which such Member has a conflict of interest.

  • Active Coalition Members are those coalition members who have established voting rights as in Article 6, Section 1 B.

  • In-active Coalition Members are those coalition members who have failed to establish voting rights per Article 6, Section 1 B.

Related to Coalition Members

  • Association Member means an owner or a member of an association.

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • non-member means a person (national or overseas) who is not a member of the Teaching Service e.g. new graduate, new overseas recruit, resigned teacher etc..

  • Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.

  • Committee Members means persons formally appointed by the Board to sit on or to chair specific committees.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Plan Member means each Member any of the assets of which are subject to any Plan Governing Law.

  • Partnership Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Founding Members means those public school districts, cities, counties, and other governmental units that are signatories to the Joint Powers Agreement and have a voting member serving on the JPA's Board of Directors.

  • Board Members means the Directors or Trustees of the governing body of the Fund, as the case may be.

  • Majority Members means Members holding a majority of the Units owned by all Members or if there is only one Member, such Member.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;

  • Limited Partners means all such Persons.

  • Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.

  • Unitholders means the holders of Units.

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.

  • Participating Entities and “Participating Entity” are defined on the Coversheet.

  • Class B Limited Partner means any Person executing (by power of attorney or otherwise) this Agreement as of the date hereof as a Class B Limited Partner or hereafter admitted to the Partnership as a Class B Limited Partner as herein provided, but shall not include any Person who has ceased to be a Class B Limited Partner in the Partnership.

  • county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;

  • Consent of the Limited Partners means the Consent of a Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners, which Consent shall be obtained prior to the taking of any action for which it is required by this Agreement and may be given or withheld by a Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, in their sole and absolute discretion.
