Common Member definition
Common Member means a Member holding Common Units.
Common Member means a Member holding Common Shares of the Company.
Common Member means each Person admitted to the Company as a Common Member whose name is set forth on Schedule I hereto as a Common Member with respect to Common Units held by such Person, and any other Person admitted as an additional or substitute Common Member, so long as such Person remains a Common Member.
