Co-Promotion Territory definition

Co-Promotion Territory means the United States of America and its territories and possessions.
Co-Promotion Territory means the United States and Canada.
Co-Promotion Territory means Canada, the United States of America, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom.
