Co-Promotion definition

Co-Promotion means those promotional activities undertaken by a ------------ pharmaceutical company's sales force in concert with at least one other pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement the marketing plans and strategies with respect to a particular prescription pharmaceutical product under a single trademark. When used as a verb, "Co-Promote" shall mean to engage ---------- in such activities.
Co-Promotion means those detailing and promotional activities (including performing sales calls) with respect to a Collaboration Product undertaken by or on behalf of either Party to encourage appropriate prescribing of such Collaboration Product in the U.S. in accordance with Section 8 and any Co-Promotion Agreement. When used as a verb, “to Co-Promote” means to engage in Co-Promotion, and “Co-Promoted” has a corresponding meaning.
Co-Promotion means, with respect to any Co-Developed Product, the joint promotion and Detailing of such Co-Developed Product in the Co-Developed Territory using a coordinated sales force consisting of representatives of both Parties.

  • All information and materials generated by a Party in the course of the promotion effort within any country in such Party's Exclusive Territory or in the Co-Promotion Territory shall be provided to the MC for use in the promotion effort within the other Party's Exclusive Territory and in the Co-Promotion Territory.

More Definitions of Co-Promotion

Co-Promotion means those Detailing and promotional activities (including without limitation performing Sales Calls) with respect to a Co-Promote Product undertaken by New River Sales Representatives to encourage appropriate prescribing of such Co-Promote Product in the US Territory.
Co-Promotion means promotion of the Collaboration Product by Otsuka and Acucela (and/or their respective Affiliates) under the same Regulatory Approval, registration and Collaboration Product Marks in any country in the Shared Territory. When used as a verb, “Co-Promote” means to engage in such activities.
Co-Promotion means, for each Product and for any country in Territory A, Territory B1 and the U.S. for Irbesartan, the marketing of such Product in such country under one (1) trademark by the applicable Marketing Entity.
Co-Promotion or "Co-Promote" has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
