  • In this written request, the CMHSP shall identify the nature of the dispute, submit any documentation regarding the dispute, and state a proposed resolution to the dispute.

  • The CMHSP shall be responsible for the development of the service delivery system and the establishment of sufficient administrative capabilities to carry out the requirements and obligations of this contract.

  • The CMHSP shall comply with the Office of Civil Rights Policy Guidance on the Title VI Prohibition Against Discrimination as it Affects Persons with Limited English Proficiency.
