See Attachment A for a copy of the most recent Fiscal Intermediary Technical Requirements issued by MDHHS. The specific service delivery requirements and CMHSP expectation of delivered services further described in this Statement of Work are based on the “MDHHS Fiscal Intermediary Technical Requirements”, the “MDHHS Self-Determination Policy & Practice Guideline” and the MDHHS/CMHSP and the MSHN/CMHSP Master Contracts.   • HSP means a HUB Subcontracting Plan.

  • Paypoint means the specific rate of remuneration payable to employees within a Classification Level.

  • SHCP means Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, the Borrower’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
