In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:
Non-Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Non-Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility means an Ambulatory Surgical Facility which does not meet the definition of an Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility.
Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
Certified nurse midwife means an advanced practice registered nurse who is certified in the
DCYF or the “Division” means the Department of Health and Human Services’ Division for Children, Youth and Families.
MTS means the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, a public agency created pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 120050 et seq.
