City Properties definition

City Properties means any buildings that are owned by the City of Mission.
City Properties are defined as Properties owned by the CITY for which the CITY shall perform all Operation and Maintenance and for which the DISTRICT shall be responsible for the payment of all costs and expenses associated with such Operation and Maintenance. The City Properties are listed below and are described more fully in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
