Security Property definition

Security Property means all right, title and interest in, to and under any Security Document, including:
Security Property. ’ means the property, real, personal or mixed, or an interest in prop- erty, including leaseholds, life estate, rever- sionary interests, and any other estates under applicable State law, together with fixtures and other interests subject to the lien of the mortgage under applicable State law;
Security Property has the meaning given to it in Schedule 7 (Security agency provisions).

Security Property means any property subject to a Security.
