Chronic Problems definition

Chronic Problems refer to Section 12.2 of the Colocation Addendum of the “MSA”.
Chronic Problems has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.2 – Service Level Agreement of this SA. “Cloud Insight Daily Overage Rate” means $1.00 unless otherwise provided in an applicable Order Form. “Confidential Information” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a) of this SA.
Chronic Problems means service level warranty deficiencies that are properly reported and credited in two (2) consecutive months within a three (3) month calendar period, as specified within this Service Level Agreement. The Submitted Service Requests 2-Hour Response Commitment is specifically excluded from qualifying as Chronic Problems. Customer must provide Alert Logic written notice of termination for Chronic Problems in writing within seven (7) days from the time Customer becomes eligible to terminate for Chronic Problems.

Examples of Chronic Problems in a sentence

  • Customer may also terminate this Agreement in accordance with the terms set forth in paragraph 5.2(f) ("Termination Option For Chronic Problems") of this Agreement.

  • If the Service Level Agreement for a specific Service so provides, or if Customer experiences Chronic Problems in more than one Service Level Agreement during any twelve (12) month period, Customer may terminate this MSA if Customer experiences Chronic Problems with such Service.

  • Customer must provide Gigabit written notice of termination for Chronic Problems as specified in the Service Level Agreement, and such termination will be effective as provided in the Service Level Agreement.

  • When probationary and nonprobationary status is used solely to determine cancellation of a teaching position occurring within any particular endorsement area, the contracts of probationary teachers who are occupying such positions shall be canceled first.

  • Customer must provide C7 written notice of termination for Chronic Problems and such termination will be effective upon five (5) business days written notice to C7, without any further liability and/or penalty to Customer.
